This study explores the use and perception of AI in the labor market, focusing on its impact on recruitment, selection, and talent management within HR.

Communication Concert and Public Space have initiated a research project on the perception and use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the job market, specifically focusing on recruitment, selection, and talent management within the HR domain. Communication Concert (Dorus Teeuwen, Harm Rozie) is a full-service marketing and communication consultancy. Public Space Foundation is an independent think tank promoting active citizenship and social entrepreneurship. Steven de Waal is the founder and driving force behind this network.

Objective: Anticipate the AI wave

This exploratory study aims to provide in-depth insights into how AI will transform the job market. The findings will serve as a guide for job seekers, employees, and employers to optimally prepare for the emerging AI trends.

Interactive Engagement

The research includes discussions with stakeholders and interactive sessions where interviewees, experts, and other interested parties come together. The findings will be disseminated through various channels, including events related to the theme of AI in the job market.

Focus on Specific AI Forms

With the rise of AI, this study focuses on advanced AI forms that support specific activities and needs in talent management.
